1. Introduction

Welcome to Health and Safety Solutions NZ. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided

We offer comprehensive health, safety, and wellbeing consultancy services, including but not limited to health and safety management systems, risk management, compliance and auditing, incident investigation, training, and leadership mentoring.

3. Client Obligations

Clients are required to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of our services. Clients must also comply with all relevant health and safety regulations and cooperate with our consultants to ensure effective service delivery.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made as per the agreed schedule, usually within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Payment terms can be negotiated on a case-by-case basis. Late payments may incur additional charges. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, documents, and content provided by Health and Safety Solutions NZ remain our intellectual property. Clients are granted a limited license to use these materials for their internal purposes only.

6. Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality services, Health and Safety Solutions NZ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, clients must pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through mediation in accordance with New Zealand law. If mediation fails, the dispute will be settled in the courts of New Zealand.

10. Compliance with Laws

Our services comply with all applicable New Zealand legislation and regulations, including the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 and other relevant standards.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
